http://cuds-on-coins.com/lincoln-cent-bies/ I have >100 of these, most are from 1955 alone. This site is great for attributing what type of "BIE" die breaks. I don't see your die break listed for your 1999 Lincoln - could be new discovery? I would submit pictures to JC Stevens (he is admin of the site and "the" expert on these, IMHO). There are detailed instructions on how to get these over to him - he responds quickly and is such a great dude. Here is the link on how to fill out & submit pix: http://cuds-on-coins.com/attributions-guide-on-what-to-do/ Here are some of my favorites: Let us know what he says - very interested in hearing back the results!
Check out your attributions here: http://cuds-on-coins.com/ldb4-1994/ Don't know why I gravitated towards collecting these things. They are so common (and not more than face value). Just think they are cool, I guess.
Jeff - I don't see your variety listed, so you may want to send in your pictures to Cudsoncoins and perhaps get yourself an attribution. It may be a progression on this variety. Yours is more significant. LDB4-1999 : Cuds on Coins (cuds-on-coins.com)
