Many of the pictures I post are pre-covid era pics. Wearing masks back then was definitely not the norm.
welcome to CT. We all wake up on the wrong side of the bed once in a while. I don't think anybody on CT that ive seen will purposely talk down to a fellow collector. hey your pictures are really good and I don't see the "U" in E PLURIBUS UN M. thats a neat find. if you haven't already. research why this happens. good luck
Yep, if I could figure out how to delete my account I would already be gone. If everyone is going to get this butthurt every time I use a colloquial exclamation (especially after saying repeatedly that I wouldn't use that one again), I don't have much of a future here. I appreciate everyone's guidance though, it helped a lot for what it's worth. I guess I'm just not coin collector material lol strange how language can disqualify you from things that have nothing to do with said language. Happy hunting.
Hey... Don't leave... I've seen your posts and you have a lot of potential... @ZoidMeister only means good and we'd hate to see you go... Stay here and ignore the fuddy-duddy's... P.S. you can't delete your account
Oh....C'mon, @RabbiSchmooley !! Stay and continue learning about coins. By the way, have you considered ancient coins? They are fabulous and lots of fun to learn about and collect. Mostly they are quite affordable and you can hold coins more than 2000 years old in your hand without ruining them. You might like them. If you have a chance, you can check out the ancient forums here on CT.
All this reminds me of the time my wife and I stopped st a Taco Bell after church one Easter Sunday. We were surprised that the music being played had a chorus that went "For Jesus! For Jesus!". We thought it was surprising, but nice. It wasn't long, however, before we figured out that what was being said was actually " Four cheeses! Four cheeses! ". Was our faces red!
