Plastic Doing Damage?

Hi,
I have an Uncirculated '82 Washington and it is shrink wrapped in plastic. Do you think I should remove it from this plastic? Is it doing damage to my coin? Thanks

Does the plastic smell like a new shower curtain?

As long as no air gets to it, don't worry abour it.
Why is it in scrink rap anyway? Where did you get that? What would you do with it if removed from that?

 

I got 2 rolls of 2009 Harrison dollar. I came across 1 coin that has a nice jfm on the reveres side of the coin,and 3 double dies marks. 2 on the $ sign and 1 on the #1. The jfm is revered on the ream. Has anyone seen something like this before? I got around 20 reverse printings on the edge.

The 82' comm washingtons are wrapped in plastic from the mint. I see some funky coloring on the edges & i think its from the plastic. Can anyone confirm this?

No problem Rick, Im in Canada but do collect these prez dollars, however I havent got the harrison one yet.
