Is this a Gordian III?

I'm entirely new to ancient coins and therefore am struggling with attribution

I realise this coin is still dirty, but I can't get the dirt off - did distilled water then olive oil. I'm thinking its Gordian III based on crown and bust but am not sure. The other side is completely useless for id purposes

whats the size?

 

sze would be helpful, along with a strait picture. It may be Gordian III, but I highly doubt it.
