Well here's a link to an ebay seller selling the Lincoln cents as being VDB's What he's not telling is that the VDB is on the lower part of Lincoln on the observe just like the 2008 cents. If that is a play on the ignorant it isn't a good one. I mean, wouldn't anyone that knows what the importance of VDB is know that it doesn't matter on a 2009?
