Hello - again looking for any input... other day - grabbed a roll of pennys... i pulled out 3 1983s... now i can honestly say im not the sharpest tool in the box... but.... here take a peek... this is 1 of 3 the 83...
Well, first of all, your pictures are too blurry to truly make out anything, however the doubling on the big ddr variety of '83 is so significant, that even based off of those photos, I can safely say that this coin is not the one.
That's strike doubling, if it's anything. The real deal will knock you off your feet when you see it, it's that apparent.
