now my 1989

    this 1989 has what appears to be a repunched date? I'm not sure, all I know is my camera is making me mad!

    In my novice experience I would almost say die deterioration. I have a couple of cents in which the IN in In God has the same type of thing going on, and the experts are calling it Die Deterioration. That would be my best guess.
