Need ID help

    I was gifted this coin but have been unable to identify it. Can anyone help?
    It's extremely light, possibly gold.
    Please forgive the photos, It's my first post and pix. Forgive a noob.

    Really? The main property of gold is that it is not light. The coin is also not ancient but we have some members who might read the language. I hope one helps.

    Turkey KM#645, no sure on date ? is gold ?. denomination- Cedid Mahmuiye, what does it weigh ? size ? could be a 1/4, 1/2, or full

    Yours might be a brass token. because of the rim on yours ?

    wait for more experienced opinions....

    It is just under 19mm and 0.7 grams. It is quite small and light.

    In that case it is probably brass and with the hole is probably part of a costume.

    Given that size and weight I would guess it is a brass token. Wait for other opinions...
