    real question... who gets to decide ? ddr or ddo?

    Easy answer. Those with the knowledge to understand what true doubling is. That's not something a person can learn without a lot of study.

    tons to learn, like plating blisters, split plating, mechanical doubling, die deterioration doubling .. stuff like that which confuses newer collectors who are looking to cash it rich.

    Watching to many Utube videos will have on a strike it rich kick I inherited a14 D and 31 s but don't want to sell , people get the wrong ideas about coin collecting!

    It appears it's a DDO, too (double Ts in « trust »). Although, I admit, I'm no expert...

    Y'all realize there is a thing called "camera shake"? Not to mention it's out of focus. There is no doubling on that zincoln.

    #2 take clear photos. Make sure everyone is able to see the doubling.

    Until there is an in-focus, clear photo of the coin, nobody can definitively say anything about it.

    It was tongue in cheek. Two S's and T's in States, two T's in Trust and two 9's in 1992. So the S's, the T's and the 9's are doubled
