1955 RPM?

Found this 1955 d coin roll hunting. Pretty sure it’s an RPM but couldn’t match it exactly to any know examples. Any thoughts?

It does appear to be a rmp but better pictures would help.

 

RPM 006? Yours looks North East to me, but no North East is listed...Yet.
