Seems like a good start to me, can you post the weight and width size in millimeters? That can narrow the search a lot. The script is in Arabic. I orientated the photos correctly below but I'm not sure if the obverse/reverse order is correct or not.
Perhaps something like this then? Your obverse looks like the reverse on that. Weighing it would be a lot of help since many coins of this period are based on a weight standard. Hopefully this helps, maybe someone else better with Indian coins can weigh in.
