2000 Virginia State quarter struck through grease?

    Found this today, it looks as though the J and part of the A in Jamestown are missing. I suspect it was struck through grease, anybody have an opinion? 20210102_145300.jpg 20210102_145311.jpg 20210102_145320.jpg
