Went roll searching the other day and got $800 worth of halves and here's what I found: _____________________________ nothing! lol I would guess that close to 85% were bicentennials, and another 13% were either '71 or '74, but I didn't find any 90%'s or 40%'s, didn't find anything special at all. I didn't even find an '87 coin! I guess someone in my area must have already searched them or something? It was just really bizarre. Anyone else have this problem?
I don't search halves but sorry that happened. Such a bummer to come up empty-handed after taking all that time to search.
Yeah, 4 boxes and only 2 40%ers. Found a couple other oddities see here http://www.cointalk.com/forum/t48993/ I have better luck with customer wrapped rolls, although not much better.
