I really like the toning on this one, mainly gold with some steel-blue inside the rims best seen when rotating under a light. There is plenty of cartwheel which does not show in my images, being masked by the toning. I think the rev is especially nice! Enjoy & guess.

If I remember correctly, many branch mint Walking Liberty Halves were plagued by weak strikes.

I see what looks like a light rub on her breast and the branches she's holding look worn. Also looks like signs of wear on the reverse so I'm at AU-58. A lovely coin with that toning.

It's really tough to photograph, I made another image with longer exposure and the coin tilted slightly to try to show the luster and golden color more. Not entirely successful.

    I can't decide, if it's wear it's AU-58, if it is a weak strike it's MS-63.

    A crusty MS 64
(I debated 58 but think the combo of weaker strike and crustiness falsely gives the impression of it being circulated)

I considered the weak strike that goes with these at times but came to the conclusion that it's also a small amount of wear. That's why I went AU-58.

Au-58 due to wear on coin as indicated by @Collecting Nut. I also do not think it is a weak strike, IMO.

I think there’s clearly wear on both obv and rev but it’s also a weakly struck coin. Tech grade = AU55, TPG grade = MS64...?

    Happy new year!
