1949 nickel error ?

Hello i found this 1949 nickel and it looks to me like it has an streaking error across the center of the coin on the front splitting the head in two any idea if its a know error ?thank you

Large scratch/damage or could it be a die crack?

 

The photos appear to show a scratch, however, it could be a die crack, but the blurry photos are a problem for me.
Second thought, scratch due to displaced material near jawline.

 

Will try to get better pic put its not scratch its extra metal you can see it on the jaw/ear part

 

Without better pics, I'm leaning toward "Die Crack", but it's not where die cracks normally appear.

Can't say for sure but die cracks tend to wander more than draw a straight line.
