My new light diffuser, heres a cpl samples, I think you may have seen these before. I will mess with it more, these are my first few shots. I do see the focus is off, I'll have to adjust it.
Jack, What are you using to diffuse the light? Right now I'm using different thicknesses of velum paper. Sometimes it is great; other times I don't like it at all. Plus it is a pain to use.
I am using 3 milk jugs, lol. I was so close to buying a " photodome " (google it) , but tried one last time. Cut the bottom out of the first gallon jug so it sits flat, and cut a window for the lens. On the 2nd and 3rd jug, I simply cut it the same and slit it perpendicular to the bottom so it will open up, use it to wrap the first jug if I need more interference. 2 GE Reveal 75 watt bulbs at 90 degrees to the jug and 180 apart to start, then practice. The Sony camera is on manual exposure mode and in macro, thats whats messin with my focus, I need to shorten the jug heigth. Copper will require more patience, the silver came easy
I was going to say you need some Lincolns in there. They are your mainstay and often the hardest to get.
