Personally, I'd slide it into the #3 slot. Even with the great obverse detail of #3, the discoloration bothers me too much and the reverse shows too much weakness at OF. And if it nets VF25 and ties #4, I'd give yours an edge for better detail. Noyes tend to give the edge to the coin he discounts less. If Bland were alive, I think this is another one they would disagree on. I wonder if mine is known to your EAC friend? Here it is just in case. Unfortunately it is entombed in a PCGS VG Details plastic. It might make it to the bottom of his list.
I think my reverse would tie CC27 or even be ahead, but the obverse has to make it CC28. There's just too much gone at LIBERTY. But it's top 30. LOL! There's something to be said for just being in the club.
My favorite of the year- the eye appeal and luster is off the charts for a coin graded VF25; I hoped for a gold but it got a green bean.
