    OK, just one more question!

I keep reading about photograde. I found it, used, 2001 edition on amazon for 7.44 Is this a good price for this book and should I look for a newer edition?

New is about double that at Amazon:

    Photograde, at Amazon.com

I wouldn't expect much to change from year to year in that book, but I've only seen my edition.

    I paid $12 I think for the 18th edition--its a great book for cirulated coins...thats all.

Personally, I prefer the 1970 first edition, (and I've owned several different editions) I believe it is the only hardbound edition. The paper was better quality and the photos reproduced a little better.
