IMO it looks a little like cartoon, I wonder why they didn't make it look more realistic?

 

I think it looks terrific. I'm sure these will be popular.

I was going to get 2 but I later changed my mind, I really don't like the design.
I still will most likely buy the pf and ms later!!

 

I ordered one of each and really like the design. It's a little different.
Most everything Lincoln is a profile shot.

 

I actually like the coin. I think they have made Lincoln look pronounced and also his words are an inspiration to those that still belive in capitalism.

 

I think it's a great looking commemorative! I prefer the Proof version...

You know when you say that you get us Lincoln collectors all excited thinking you're getting the new cent coins. LOL Maybe change the thread title to "Silver Lincolns" so you don't give us cent collectors a heart attack. hehehehehe

 

Mine should be coming in soon. I ordered the proof, I like the look of it better aswell as it makes lincoln and everything stand out more.

EDIT: Now that the picture finally loaded and I see it, I think Lincoln looks juiced (...look at those peepers)!

Ditto. Many people feel that way.

When we look back at at all those Modern commemoratives, sometimes the Business Strikes have much less mintage than the proofs. Often, they are worth more than the proofs.

 

I like the proof, it does look a little cartoony

 

I usually prefer the uncirculated version, the exception being this coin. The proof is the only one doing justice to the speech - the higher contrast makes all those words more salient.
