Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to clean a government issue plastic capsule? Something that would not react with a coin that is then placed inside? Thanks!
You can polish the outside of the capsules just like you polish slabs. I would only clean the insides of capsules with clean dry air.
Those plastic lenses are like the lenses in your eyeglasses. Every time you rub them you do impart very minor scratches in them. So I use the same thing I use on my eyeglasses.. Those lint free wiping cloths. Every now and again when they do get scratched, headlight clarifier can buff out minor scratches. I am with @ldhair and wouldn’t use anything but compressed on the inside of the capsules.
