There are totally valid reasons to get a coin certified that have nothing to do with money, like, maybe your grandpa gave it to you or something. If your reasoning is along these lines, just stop reading now and send it in. If your goal is to get it in a holder and not be buried in it, I also have to advise you not to do it. Your photos are all at least a little overexposed, and some are pretty blurry. Based on the images in front of me, I'd have trouble even giving this coin a CAM, much less DCAM. If you got a CAM, you'd need and absurdly high grade for it to be monetarily worthwhile. And, like @SensibleSal66 said, even if you got the DCAM (and, I think that's a pretty gigantic "if"), you need a 65 RD or 66 RD in order to break even. The images aren't really gradable to the point where I can, in good conscience, give it a specific grade above 64. If you don't end up with at least a CAM, that means you're going to be paying at least $22 + shipping both ways on an economy sub for them to tell you it's a ~$15 coin. So, no, I wouldn't do it based on those photos.
Not worth grading. You'd never get your costs back. The reason have already been explained. Welcome to CT.
First thought, impaired proof. No longer in protective packaging and showing slight wear/luster breaks on bust and reverse with scratches/scuffs. I totally agree with @Paul M. ...imo...Spark
