I found this coin in a roll a few minutes ago never seen nothing like it I got a pretty good picture of it. I see on the liberty their are 3 I in liberty plus I believe the l and the b and r is also I never seen nothing like it not 3 off the same thing I'm not for sure. But on the back the E pluribus unum is a doubled die to but I'm not 100 percent I hope these pictures are good enough but the word liberty is crazy pretty neat coin not in to bad of shape.

Your photos look like you have a dirty camera lens. I don't think anyone could tell if your coin is a DDO from the photos provided.
You can check your coin for doubling on this site before you post it. Most of the time the detection of a DDO / DDR coin requires a 10X loupe with coin in hand. It can be a pain staking process to find the minute details that denote a doubled die coin. But worth the time invested when one is found.
There are three different DDO's for this date and you do not state which one you think it is. It is like asking someone to do you homework for you. I'm sorry if this seem blunt, but that is the way it is with DDO coins. Keep at it, as its all part of the learning curve at this point.

I don't every say anything back I've not been doing this long enough for real but I'm telling you the 87 it is not a scratch there are 3 I in it I can see it clear as a Bell under a 5 x lens .And believe me when I say this I'm not that smart about coins yet but it maybe something else going on but not a scratch. I was hoping were was on the same page with this one I can't get them pictures to come no clearer I hate not to be able to not take a picture hoping you can see what I see on the picture.

That is what I've been reading all about doubled die coins I spell that right this time for you Paddy man I done enough reading about it I can spell it backwards. Have a good one Guy's I'm about ready to rap it up for this Sunday I have been going all week not stop I have plenty off good coins to go through.

Get some help from a friend who has a camera and take some clear photos, preferably in the correct plane.

I agree and let your friend see the three I's while you're at it as that error isn't likely at all! That said, good luck! :D

I've been looking at this coin over and over when my daughter will be off work. She has a better camera I don't disagree with nothing any body says to me I take all the advice I can get. But I have got other people to actually look at it my wife is never on my side about something I see she tells me that I'm crazy she don't see nothing I see. But last night when I found this 87 coin the first thing she said is now that is a doubled die coin I didn't say nothing about it last night but on the word liberty. You can see clearly two l and looks to be 3i but the more I look at it I think the last I is coming from the letter b I feel really good about this one Guy's I hope I can send a picture later that you will be able to see actually what I see if so I think it will change every thing. I don't know what is up with the 87 coin ic their every found a doubled die on the liberty or not I looked it up all they want to talk about the rim that looks like another r I've seen plenty off them on the 80 coins nothing new their is no value for that. But I didn't find out anything about a doubled die coin I'm sure they are but not like this coin I think we got a different type of doubled die it maybe another type of error but I promise it ant no scratch that is for sure so now I got to figure what else would make these lines up with the lines of liberty right beside the l the I and b I'm not saying the hole word is just these 3 letters thanks Guy's for real I will send you Guy's better pictures I know it's hard to say it's this or that when you can't see it.

Better pictures would help, but I can sort of make out what you are indicating on the I area of LIBERTY. It could be a BIE, or LDB. There are a few known for the 1987 cent.
