I did actually laugh out loud when you posted your previous two coins. You complained that my photos were dark, then you post those pathetic photos with juiced and completely cartoonish colors - all with VERY dark surfaces. You're a hypocrite with no clue. The proof is in the pudding - you're all talk. Bye Felicia.
@ddddd : I'd give that dime a 4.8. Very attractive little coin with two-side toning. The obverse toning is pretty unique for this series/date.
Every time I try to play on, “Horse dude” stalks me. I’d be happy to concentrate on coins. He did the same garbage to Paul.
Ok, enough of this GARBAGE: @brg5658, if you have a problem with me, my coins, photography, or lack thereof, please take your objections to a personal message. By fomenting a public argument, or arguing on this thread, it is only interrupting others from engaging in a fun activity. I do not wish to hurt or interrupt others. No longer will I respond to any provocations you generate on this thread. I have tried to make peace in private messages, to no avail. I will choose to respect the rights of other posters here, and not take your bait. My choice is to be adult on this thread, and I hope you choose to do likewise. Thank You
Back too the Roosevelt dime. Lovely pastel toning on obverse and reverse. Nice rim toning on the reverse—golden edge, with halos. Genuine rainbow on the obverse, with progressive coloration. A beautiful coin, that is high end, but a bit short of monster. 5.0
On the 70% dark toned 1883-O Morgan, I’d be around a 2.8. Not attractive obverse toning to me. Opinions may vary.
The idea is to stick with one coin at a time, but I think we can handle two this time. The dime and Morgan are both still in play. The Morgan is interesting but not enough to garner a super high score...3.2 for me
3.0. Obverse toning very dark. Reverse toning only partial coverage, and the brown does not appeal to me.
5.0 on the dime. 3.0 on the Morgan. I might almost call the obverse toning on this coin questionable, though I don't know why a coin doctor would manufacture this pattern.
I’m not really liking that Morgan (sorry) I’m more towards a 1.5 on that one. There is no color to it it’s just dark and brown.
