    Avi,
One thing that you want to be certain about when you buy coin holders of any kind is that they do not contain PVC. When the PVC breaks down over time, it can damage your coins.

I am not sure if mylar ones do or do not contain PVC. Maybe some of the other members can help with that?

I personally use hard plastic holders for most of my collection. I do not believe that there is anything to really worry about with mylar holders except when you decide to remove the coin from the holder, make sure not to damage the coin. I personally think that $0.04 to $0.05USD each is too much for mylar flips and think you could get bulk for less expensive. Just be careful to consider shipping if you get the flips form the U.S.

I'm sure somebody will be able to give you a good reference to a quality supplier here soon.

Mylar and PVC are 2 different chemicals. PVC or vinyl is very bad for storing coins. Mylar is inert, and will not harm coins. At least that is what we are told today... 50 years from now could be a different story :D

As for a supplyer that can supply 10,000 holders .. any of the bigger sellers should be able to. I deal with Jakes coin and currency supplies, and he gives nice discounts if you become a wholesaler. But they are not the only one that should be able to handle that kind of volume. I cant think of the other names, but there are 2 that i know of that are used by alot of members on this forum. Brents.. or somethign like that is one... someone should be by who knows and can actualy name them lol :)
