IMHO - I don't think so.
I would give it a Fine at best.

I wouldn't buy it even it turns out to be an XF coz the price seems a total rip off.
Don't know if its a key date coin but c146 (Catalog No.) should be worth $45-$55 in XF.

Yes the seller write this: "KM-C146.3" that mean maximum 50 USD for XF.

But the grad is low so I maybe will but this coin with price of around 20 USD.

I think that this seller will not sell this coin. But you can tell me if the coin is VF grad?
