I came across a few of these today on $10 notes. From what i have learned recently they are about VF. I dont have pics ATM but will post some later today. Just wondering if they are worth more then face any help would be awsome!!!
radar notes are worth more then face, yes. the better condition they are, the better the price, but even in AG they are worth more then face. I think the odds work out to that a radar is 1 in 10,000 notes printed.
