I am searching for a nice, preferably leather, briefcase or bag made specifically for coin transport. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Forget the briefcase and look instead for tray holders. Check out Lighthouse, they make some absolutely great products specifically for this purpose.

Think like a flight attendant. Get something on wheels with a retractable handle. I got mine at Costco and love it.

The right bag will hold both the blue slab boxes, and plenty of dbl row boxes, even the smaller trays if placed strategically.

At a large coinshow, with plenty of walking and time on the bourse floor, they earn their cost and keep real quick. Most have a briefcase type flap for your paperwork, calculator and all related " stuff " .

Ever cart around a cpl of Heritage catologs for a day? It gets old. They also have plenty of room for the extras you tend to pick up.

At coin shows I've noticed that most dealers do as noted here.
Might be the weight of coins and the age of the dealers. Might be why wheels were invented.
