Question about submitting to ngc

I have recently joined ngc because I have coins i want graded. I haven't gotten all the way into the process of submission yet. I don't currently have a printer at home. I usually go to a print center to do it. I see that you have to print the invoices to package with the coins. At that step will it allow me to save that invoice to my phone to print elsewhere?
And one other question regarding tier, if I am trying to grade a 1916 d mercury dime, it is valued over 300. So what tier exactly do I pick? Would it be "early bird/ standard"?
