Here is a template...the proper one can be downloaded on the royal mint website. 3 winners in 3 different categories will be chosen and have their designs minted. The under 12 group will be part of a blue beter competition which is long running kids TV show here in the UK. In 2004 (I think) they held a competition of design livery for 3 british airways jumbo jets all of which were painted up and used. Your coin must feature one of the sports in the olympics...so i wonder if as well as the 3 competition winners there will be another 24 different 20 pences designed by the royal mint etc. to cover the other sports.
