Anyone else participated in the most recent Artemide Aste auction last weekend and won something? If so have you received an email confirming that it got shipped and a tracking number? I haven’t yet (I paid almost as soon as I received the invoice), and was wondering if this was normal for them; it’s my first time participating in their auctions and winning something from them. Apologies in advance if I’m coming off as impatient. I sent an email early in the morning on Friday asking for confirmation that they got my payment but no answer yet.
    Thanks!

Early morning on friday in Florida is afternoon in Italy. Europe, and Italy or France particularily, aren't countries open 24/7. My guess is you should have an answer sometime on monday....or tuesday

I've never bought from them, so this is just general speculation on my part

Most if not all auction houses European/ USA will only send shipping information and tracking numbers if you ask. I've included asking for the information with the PayPal payment and very rarely do they send it. Email them Monday. They are 6 hours ahead of the east coast.

I got a tracking number for artemide's e-live auction 15 from artemide directly
(which is the auction before the one from last weekend I think?)

On December 7, 2019, I won a number of coins in a European auction house - it is in the next country to mine. Their website was inconclusive, so I didn't know if I had won anything (and if I could wager another bid at another auction that week), but after a week they sent an invoice, and I paid immediately. The next they sent was an email stating they now started their annual Christmas holidays and I was to have two weeks patience.

Then in the beginning of January I asked them to send tracking information, but no, they said, they needed another week to sort things out. After that, things went fast and I received my coins on January 10.

This state of affairs kept me from bidding again in their next auction. And after that, I won a coin that turned out to have BD PLUS a coin that turned out to have a manifest tear, all not mentioned, naturally.
