I have a 1967 with a mad on one side I was wondering if it is like that on both sides is it called something else and was wondering if it was worth any value when their like that I have been finding one after another with with mad plus a few like that on both sides was just curious I am new so I'm trying to learn all I can I think it's called something else when it's on both sides just don't know if it makes it more value.
We need to see both sides. If it is then it would be calles a Dual MAD. Dual Misaligned Die Strike. Only pictures can tell if it is the case.
Okay give me a minute and I will send you some pictures I hope you will be able to see this phone camera will not get my pictures that real crisp look that I would love to see
The only thing different with this 1967 is the front side has better lines than the back the lines on the back ant as dark lot more harder to see but their there I think I've got several off these Penny's all different dates I just not for sure were their at but I have the 1967 right here in front of me .
I have a another question for you in a minute 1 have this really nice 1982 p large date zinc nice coin for a zinc Penny it looks to have some doubling on the the date and in God we trust plus the back looks to have doubling I'm trying my best to learn this stuff some of it is really tricky for me.
I send a picture off that nice 68 Penny yesterday I think you might of look at it to Paddy man this guy gives me a site to look at for it for the in God I looked it up and I'm 100 percent it was doubling if I'm right it's my first find I'm happy as all get out plus a guy look at it for me and graded it about a 60 I'm happy.
While I was doing this I found a 1972s Penny in the for head it looks like something got stamped on it you can tell buy the way of the out line around it and it goes all the way up to trust it looks like it got something stamped in it just can't make it out it looks like a number but can't make it out I've looked at a lot of Penny's I have never seen nothing like it I thought maybe some one else has maybe seen something like it before at first I thought maybe damage but the closer I look at it has that outline around it that would be hard to do with damage I will take a picture off it in a few.
The 1982 is worth 1 cent - for it to be worth anything, it has to be missing details off the edge of the coin. And the 1972 was probably counter stamped.
I just found a another dual mad on a 1969 d I like these coins it's pretty cool just to see one on the front side but the back to makes theme a awesome coin I don't have no ideal what the value of these coins but I'm going to put them up in plastic were they want get damage I don't know if they go buy how old the coin is makes it more value or what but their a cool coin I found a 82 copper Penny with both sides with lines running all the way across I'm just Glad that I'm staring to find error coins I've been going through Penny roll's for awhile now it feels good plus the doubling on that 68 Penny the doubling was on the in God I'm happy I love collection different types off coins got me some more foreign country coins I like the different types they have I finally got my first silver dime that might not mean that much to some people but I just started this journey I'm having a blast just wish I would got started sooner I'm into the old stuff found a 41 nickel in a roll in nice shape I was shock it look that good you Guy's have a great evening.
