I bought a (heavy!) box of 100 of those, so some other people might be seeing Sir Winston in their Christmas stockings soon, maybe... ;)

    Nice big, hefty coins.

    I want those.

On a lighter note, below is the first day of school (quarantine edition) picture of my boys (courtesy of my wife). They refused to have one snapped, since they weren't actually leaving the house for school.

Once again, if I win, I'd like to do the same as @ZoidMeister and have it sent to @DarkRage666.

This is Teddy's brother, Nibbles. Nibbles here has quite the proclivity for climbing onto places he isn't supposed to be.

You mentioned Teddy before, and I didn’t have time to reply.

This is our Teddy (+Lucy), just now.

(*PS- It’s not ALL cats around here. We do have 3 dogs in addition to the 14 cats.) ;)

Nibbles is a handsome fella. Maine Coon? Looks like three we’ve had before: Tater, Pete, and Flash, all of whom were very sweet-natured and all tragically vanished without a trace on three separate occasions. (One during a hurricane evacuation.)

    Don’t mess with that piggie!

If you try to make bacon outta that one, you’ll be the one who gets sliced! :nailbiting:

Honestly, @lordmarcovan, I wouldn't be surprised if he has some Maine coon in him. Although, he is quite skinny compared to the Maine coons I've seen.

So were ours. Probably not full blooded. Very handsome cats, though.

    Special Piggy....
A TV reporter became lost on the back roads and stopped at a farm to get directions. As he was talking to the farmer he noticed a pig with a wooden leg. “This could be a great story for the Six O’Clock News. How did that pig lose his leg?” he asked the farmer. “Well”, said the farmer, “that’s a very special pig. One night not too long ago we had a fire start in the barn, and that pig squealed so loud and long that he woke everyone, and by the time we got there he had herded all the other animals out of the barn. Saved them all.”

“And that was when he hurt his leg?” asked the journalist anxious for a story. “Nope, he pulled through that just fine.” said the farmer. “Though a while later, I was back in the woods when a bear attacked me. Well, sir, that pig was nearby and he came running and rammed that bear from behind and then chased him off. He saved me for sure.”

“Wow! So the bear injured his leg then?” questioned the reporter. “No. He came away without a scratch. Though a few days later, my tractor turned over in a ditch and I was knocked unconscious. Well, that pig dove into the ditch and pulled me out before I got cut up in the machinery.” “Ahh! So his leg got caught under the tactor?” asked the journalist. “Noooo. We both walked away from that one.” says the farmer.

“So how did he get the wooden leg?” asked the journalist. “Well”, the farmer replied, “A pig that special shouldn’t be eaten all at once”!

Speaking of the canine pair in my previous pic, and of in-the-moment shots, here’s my view from the back porch just now.

Note the WW1-battlefield-trench-sized crater in the yard. It’s the handiwork of those two, and there are a lot more. Yard looks like a disturbed minefield. They must be digging after moles or something.

I'm enjoying everyone's pet stories. Our dog was originally a stray who avoided the dog catcher. Current claim to fame is the stinkiest farts in the world.

@mrweaseluv - Is that Wisconsin? The cow and plates seem to indicate but I can't really make out the plates. Where? My dad's in the Oconomowoc area (between Milwaukee and the Mad City (Madison)) and he tells me no snow.

Merry Christmas from California! This here's downtown Oakland. The large building to the right is the Clorox Building. Bank to the left but I forgot which one. And, of course, the [relatively?] famous Oakland Tribune building in the background. Notice the complete absence of snow. We got some light sprinkles today; hit a high of maybe 55.
