Is this considered a "Millennium Note"?

    Dunno if this is considered a millennium note... All the others i've seen the 2 is the 8th number in the SN... If so is it worth more then face?

    it does have the 2000 in the serial.. but i wouldnt go so far as to calling it a millenium note :)
