    FYI.. With the two recent SLQ's I found I have a total of four detected this year :wideyed:

    You almost inspire me to dig the old Garrett out of the shed, dust the cobwebs off man and machine both, and haul my morbidly obese, short-winded, bad-kneed carcass out to those parks and sidewalk strips in Old Town again, now that it’s nice and cool.

    Almost. ;)

    If I knew for certain I'd get "silvered", I'd be out there this morning, despite the physical difficulties I would definitely have if I resumed digging nowadays. But Old Town Brunswick, Georgia parks and NYC parks are not created equal in terms of silver yields.

    There's still plenty out there, though... and I still dream about it every time I drive past those stately old Victorian homes...
