1979 Penny with 39 stamped in the back

    Hello,
    I was wondering if this is a token? And Yes I have looked everywhere I don't see anywhere to research a penny with 39 on the back of it.
    Just Curious so if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate hearing them.
    Also the whole of Lincoln face is covered by some sort of little lumps. I thought maybe it was a result of the damage to the back?

    Those lumps is the force that created the numbers on the Reverse.. It smashed the Obverse.
