Please help Id this medallion

    Please help me Id this french medalion.
    More info under the portrait there is a writin "H. Delongueil" and on the rim"GUIVRA"
    any help and info would be greatly apricciated maybe even the value.

    It is a medal of Napoleon III produced by Honoré Delongueil...he produced a lot of medals like this for different reasons. All with the same obverse and a similar reverse but with different inscription for the different reasons. I have one made for the ministry d' Agriculture, Sciences, Arts...same medal but the reverse is different with inscriptions. This one has no inscription...might just be a generic medal honoring Napoleon III... Delongueil is not considered one the better artists to depict this emperor...his portrait is not as striking as Barre, Caque, or Bovy so this medal will not be so desirable. all I can tell you.
