I have purchased several coins from a seller on ebay. But as I look at the coins closer, they all appear to have some kind of coating on the coins. Before I start buying some biger ticket items, I would like some feedback on what I am seeing. I please need some help with some feedback.

First I would check the authenticity of the 14 D. I cant seem to overlay just a farmer's mm position photo. The 4 looks off...not an expert and wait for others to chime in.. Polish_20201206_213100159.jpg

There seems to be a depression around the D as if it was pressed on the coins rather than coming from the die like all the other devices.

IMO you don't buy a key coin unless it's slabbed.
Or you definitely know it's legit -- and unaltered.

Very interesting comments. I learn a lot from coin talk. Thanks to everyone.
