Wondering if this line across the obverse happened at the mint....Kinda looks like it did. Also found a 1936 dime that has something stuck to it's lower obverse....How could I clean it off? Thanks ahead of time!
Yes it happened at the Mint. It's a zinc Cent with s linear plating blister. A nice example but only worth face value. As for the Dime, not sure of the best way to clean it without damaging coin.
I was thinking it may be a linear plating blister but wasn't a 100% sure...Thanks for letting me know That I was right!!!..... ( Me being right doesn't happen too often anymore)
