No sorry. It only occurs on the 1960D . As far as Santa.. well I won't spoil it . Here's the link Lincoln Cent Resource Doubled Dies
The 60 small date (Philly) is a very good coin just by itself. That one is in very good condition. I am old, and I've never gotten one. I don't see doubling.
Thanks Sensible and Michael and it is one I had put away in the late 80's early 90's when I noticed it was a small date. I'm just about to retire and have been going through closet full on pocket change that either caught my eye and this was one of them. Been in coin protector and patina developed that rainbow effect. And you're right it is a beauty.
I still believe in Santa. He comes once a year to my house. Always leave nice things and fills the stockings for my wife and I. He always eats the cookies and leaves a few crumbs as he's in a hurry. He also drinks most of the Eggnog and the Reindeer nibbles the carrot. As for your coin, not a Doubled Die that I can see.
Any slight doubling is die deterioration doubling caused by a well worn die. Notice how close the L in liberty is to the edge. As it got worse, part would fall off the edge. Jim
My Santa delivers most of my presents in the boxes with the big Reindeer Smile on them! AMAZING! . Jim
