    Looks to be a Mechanical Doubling issue.
    Not a true Doubled Die.

    It needs to look exactly like this..

    It's not a doubled die coin.

    It exhibits the very very very common form
    of 'ejection' or 'mechanical' doubling.

    Just because a coin (of any denomination) has
    doubling on it does NOT mean it's a doubled die.

    There are numerous forms of doubling, most of them
    not considered to be errors, and have absolutely
    no premium over face value.

    You should really try to get out of the habit of holding a coin in your hand when taking a photo of it. The images are, most often, too blurry. Lay the coin on a flat surface, and take each photo from directly overhead using a copy stand or tripod to stabilize the camera.

    The only doubling I see is your camera hand shaking. I do that a lot myself. If I recall correctly, only around 100 of the true Doubled Die 1969-S Cents have been found. That's less than 2 per year and I don't have one either.
