Just doing somethinking here, if I sold my collection what would I buy. And was wondering what you would buy if you sold it all. I know some would say food, clothes anything to make life easier to make these hard times easier. Well this is a question of what you would like to buy. I always said that I collect for myself and nobody else. So if I would sell I would like to buy a old Car. I always wanted a Shelby Cobra, I know they cost 100's of thousands. So maybe I would buy a real nice replica. Being a large guy I am (6' 6") I may have to settle for a larger car. So thats it what you like to buy. More coins are not an option.
If I sold all my coins, I'd buy a 40 foot Rinker cabin cruiser with a sky bridge, and you'd never see me for a year. Lake Powell, here I come.
yeah..it is warmin' up..lol..47 degrees today (where the hell is the degree sign on the keyborad?) stainless
Uh yeah, lol, I saw what happened on Lake Erie today. I'd rather have a deckhand named Ginger that bring me Margeritas to the fly bridge in a bikini.
My collection wouldn't bring this much....but if I sold it, I would put it towards a house with some land. Speedy
Stainless: Do the following: For Microsoft Windows XP, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click Character Map. For Microsoft Windows 2000, click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click Character Map. Note If Character Map is not available, see Windows Help for information about how to install a Windows component. In the Character Map dialog box, scroll until you find the degree symbol.
I'd sell everything and see if I could live off the land while the $$ earned intrest. (I'm still caveman/wild at the core). If there ever was a point where I couldn't survive I'd go with the Amish.
I'm hoping that by the time I retire my collection, small as it is, will show my grandchildren some history of our country, before they sell it! If I sold it, I would hope I could take my wife on one last great vacation! :kewl:
If I sold my collection now, I'd put it torwards an interior kit for the chevelle. Or gas money to take a trip up to the Sierra Nevadas to go fishing.
