Snaz- I checked coin- no die crack that I could see. The dealer who was very knowledgeable said it was one graded undergraded.
I am going with 64RB. Lots of little bitty tick marks, but none causing a major distraction. Very nice coin!!!
I'd go 64RB, the date thing is just a scratch in the plastic most likely, I see it on both pictures but it's too white to be on that beautiful coin. As a matter of fact most of the scratches appear to be in the holder.
Hard to tell, the nose and cheek area....if on slab, I'll say 64RB, if on coin I'll say 63RB. Very nice !!
Alright guys- ITS A 64 RB. You guys are pretty good. The dealer said it was definitely a 65 RB. I showed him some of my raw coins with a few problems and he noticed them immediately (only deals in really high end coins 500-30K coins). Even pointed out a coin that was wizzed that I had a while and I would have never noticed. I might send for upgrade review at some point. The scratches are on the holder. The coin has essentially no scratches that I could see. Here's some more photos
