I didn't know he had a short tenure, I have some of his notes, I may have paid a few bucks more but I don't recall any astronomical premiums. Gonna check my records........Thx SiT.
He served from December 21, 1968 (I remember it well) and January 20, 1969 at end of President Lyndon Johnson's term.
