What’s the going rate on graded Barr notes these days @Molon Labe ?

Rapid Fire, just to see where we're getting all the notes (esp. since March with the virus).....where are you all getting your new acquisitions ?

For me, it's all Heritage or Ebay, when I have added anything.

Anything besides grade and/or SN that would lead to any unusual premiums for a Barr bill ?

Call it an Urban Legend, but because of his short tenure, $1 1963B FRNs that bare his signature are perceived as valuable.

I didn't know he had a short tenure, I have some of his notes, I may have paid a few bucks more but I don't recall any astronomical premiums.

    Gonna check my records........Thx SiT.

He served from December 21, 1968 (I remember it well) and January 20, 1969 at end of President Lyndon Johnson's term.

Nice pair of 1935D $1 SCs @coinup. Do us a favor and click on Full Image when posting photos. It keeps us from having to click on your thumbnail. Thanks

But they kept the presses rolling long afterward, and what would have been a rare note only has a slight premium.
