The coin looks pretty clean but the luster looks completely muted. I can't see this going above MS66 RB for this common date. PCGS usually requires great luster for an MS67 grade.

A rare case of nice toning. Not my cup of tea but an MS66 RB would be my one cent worth.

I think I like this one over all 4. Very nice coin.

Once again, @Lehigh96 and I are thinking along the same lines. Gorgeous color, great clean surfaces, but the lack of luster is holding it back. If this was dripping with luster, it would be a 67 any day of the week. But I'm thinking PCGS penalized it for that muted luster and assigned it 65BN shot RB. Not sure how much of that red we see is the original copper red and not a red toning. If it's at least 5% original red then it should be RB.

66 RB. My shot in the dark, intended to be conservative. It's lovely, regardless of the number on the slab.

They might have even gone BN. Dunno. I'll stick with 66 RB.

I am in at a 65, could be a plus. I looked at a couple of mine. I think the coin has incredible luster, for one that does not show any file/polishing lines.except the contact on the rev holds it back

Pretty but as conservative as they been 66 RB. I personally would grade it 67

It is a really nice looking Lincoln cent. It's the type and look that I would buy.

I believe if this did not have the marks on the reverse it would have been a top pop at MS66.
