It's kinda fun looking for stars, radars and repeaters now that I have found a cpl stars. Then I was wondering, is there any current errors to be looking for on mainly just one dollar bills? Perhaps on five's as well? Gotta keep it cheap ya' know. I browsed for a few things here in forums and online but wasn't really what I was looking for. I have learned alot about coins so far and some of the errors to look for, now I'm kinda getting into paper as well. Is there a website that lists anything that might be cool to find on modern day paper money?
Welcome to the Madness of Paper Money!! LOL, you just may find yourself with this disease after you study it for a while. Many errors to look for such as missing SN#'s and seals. inverted printing, shifted printing, plate number errors, inking, cutting, design elements, offset full and partial, heck the whole gammunt really! Keep us posted on your findings. Good luck!! RickieB
as far as modern or recent errors, not many that i know of. Most of the paper money errors are older. When talking about gutter folds, inverted printing and the like.. those types of things are very rare, and when found, dont realy create a frenzy of folks looking for others. Most frenzys are created by a newly discovered variety IMHO.
