Big pictures. I think the 1806 is another O-116 - Jim or someone confirm? I also believe the 1835 is a J-1 and the 1846 is an N-11. Would not mind confirmations on all of them. Nothing spectacular just some local coinshop finds. All comments welcome. I was too lazy to take the 1806 out of the 2x2 - but I think enough shows for the variety. Now back to zane's 1814 - I have to study it some more.

I like that 1806 half dollar, Mark. VG10/F12 or thereabouts?
I would like to just be able to walk into a coin store to buy coins like that! Nothing of the sort where i am at....i am sure one day your 1796 Draped Cent bust will crop up like that.

I think that you are right with the O-116.
    Nice piece.

I marked it as VG10. In all the time I have been visiting I have seen them have more 1856 flying eagles than key date draped bust cents. They have had 1 1799 - that had VF details but was fully corroded. As a matter of fact I don't remember a 1796 period - mostly 1794's and 1795's. They always have several of those.

Darn - on it being the O-116. That makes 2 of those for me. I just find it hard to pass up any of the older bust halves they get. I attributed it at the store as a 116, but kept hoping I got it wrong. :)

And yes - the 1846 makes me as happy as the silver. I still have a lot of those to go.
