Wild Jefferson reverse

    I found this while roll searching. A fragment of metal struck into Monticiello. The pictures don't show the heavy lamination surrounding it. All thought's appreciated. :whistle:

    The laminating would make sense if there was a piece of metal struck into the coin... the 2 metals not "getting along" would cause that I would suspect.

    IT LOOKS LIKE LAMINATION ALTHROUGH IT ALSO LOOKS LIKE A POSSIBLE STRICK THRU HARD CALL

    I know the pictures could be better. It is a definate struck through with retaining metal.

    not a clue where you get glue from, but I assure you, it's not glue.
