Actually I’m very impatient but with this plague I’m working from home and my internal clock is broke, goes off at like 4am but nothing else to do. This plus I’ve been pretending I’m retired but it doesn’t work anymore with the wife. Whenever she lays into me I’ll used to tell her “Listen, I’ve been to the Mountain Top”, but she recently came back with Oh ya, well now you’re at the bottom of a very small hill. So I now work contract gigs on the PC.

The mint run lottery ... pathetic.

Why is the shipping and handling so high? Did you opt for next day air delivery?

Yup, it may ship quicker that way based on what I’ve read.

Other than the two coins are rare, or going to be rare and sold and a crazy amount of money, are people really willing to pay $20k for the gold coin and $1,500 for the silver 75 coins? I have bought a few items at a high rate (about $2K is my limit). I am no patient enough to keep resetting their computers on and on and on again. I really didn't care for those coins. However, I did bite the bullet on the Mayflower coins. I got the gold set and the silver reverse proof. I also thought I bought the silver set as well but it's been on "processing" since the morning of the 17th. They ever took my money, but the money for the silver set was backed out. Why don't they just erase the buy instead of keeping the "processing" message on my order site. Did anyone get the silver set?

Some silver sets shipped out but looks like they only made so many so the remainder of orders will process until shipped and then they’ll take the money.

All the dealers and other buyers from the mint do a great service by getting low mintage coins and jacking the price out of we humble coin collectors that can barely buy a coin that costs over $100. There was no reason for the mint to produce less than 2,000 gold coins and 75,000 silver coins. The Mint higher ups knew what was going to happen when the produced and sold those coins. I don't like the way professional dealers get their products nor the scum that do get them and make them self a little more wealthy. Am I way off base? I know that I am spitting in the wind with my rant and rave comments. The mint made only enough Silver coins for citizens of each state would only get 1,500 silver coins and about 40 coins per state.

I collect silver eagles as do many others...Last year I was missing the 95-W PF just as most collectors...now I'm also missing that 2020 enhanced, and the 2020 75 yr coin as well...Looks like I'm priced out of ever collecting the complete series. I guess I'll quit this year and be done with it.
