    Got this for around melt(and well below what bullion dealer were selling cleaned half eagles for )at the time PCGS unc details scratches top are seller photos bottom are my in hand super nice coin

    Think about it: Enhance the details to make it look like a higher grade and/or full head. Then sell it for $1000 more.

    No. Because I don't know for sure it was him. I just know that enhancing Standing Liberty Quarters was one of his specialties.... and this one is good enough to make me suspicious that it could be his work. (If you ask around enough and do your research on the lawsuit, you can gather names).
