Please help me to identify this AT Morgan dollar coin if it's genuine or counterfeit?
I bought this for my son's birthday coming up in a couple of weeks, but I hate this turns out to be a fake coin.

I think it's 99% AT, but want to make sure the coin itself is authentic.

The mint mark location and size ok?

Anyways this site is dedicated to the research of Morgan and peace dollar die pairings.

Gotta agree! Although the coin looks real, the mint mark looks really strange!

the coin might be real but the MM and the toning look bogus. I've never seen a MM on a Morgan that looks like that.
